Jinzu Gin, vol. 41,3%, 70cl

The branding of Jinzu Gin is clearly Japanese – however, if you take a closer look, you will find that this gin originates in Great Britain. Jinzu is supposed to be a “British gin with a Japanese twist”, according to its producers. The spirit was created by Dee Davies, a British barkeeper who found her inspiration in Japan. The result is an intriguing blend of British and Japanese influence. Among the aromas are sake, cherry blossoms, citrus and, of course, juniper.
