Shipping/Cost of Delivery

Explanation of inflation of shipping costs: it is common knowledge that in 2021 most products and services experience inflation - so do our shipping costs and some products. The reasons for this are mainly the following 3 factors:

  • Price increase of the shipping costs of the Swiss Post
  • Inflation of raw materials for the production of packaging material & products
  • Price increase of intercontinental transportation (sometimes up to 10 times)

These factors are also, but not only, due to the COVID pandemic. Currently, it does not look like prices will recover from this. On the contrary, inflation is still going on. We thank you for your understanding and for your valued customer loyalty!

  1. Shipping Option Switzerland Standard
    PostPac Priority: Ordered until 17.00 Uhr, delivered next working day.
    Free shipping if order amount exceeds CHF 150.00 if less, shipping fee is CHF 9.90.
  2. Shipping Option Switzerland Plus
    Saturday Delivery (PostPac Priority): By selecting Saturday Delivery the shipment will arrive on the following Saturday. The option can be selected from Sunday until latest Friday at 17.00 hour.
    CHF 14.50 shipping fee if order amount is below CHF 150.- if above, shipping fee is CHF 14.00. 
    Swiss-Express «Mond»: Next day delivery until latest 09.00 hour.
    Swiss-Express «Mond» can be selected Monday to Friday from 00.00 hour until 17.00 hour for the respective following day. If selected Friday before 17.00 hour, delivery is Saturday before 09.00 hour.
    CHF 19.90 shipping fee if order amount is below CHF 800.- if aboe, shipping fee is CHF 90.00
  3. Payment Methods
    We accept payment methods as shown on the website. An automated credit check is carried out via Creditreform for payment by invoice. Only if this is positive, payment by invoice is available in the check-out. The payment period for payment by invoice is 5 days.
  4. Delivery
    We ship alcoholic beverages only to customers who are 18 years or older.
  5. Order processing
    Orders which are received before 17.00 hour on workdays will normally be delivered to addresses in Switzerland on the next workday, or latest within two workdays. If postage is handled by the Swiss Post, additional delivery options may be available for deliver in the evening or on Saturdays. Workdays are Monday to Friday with the exception of national holidays. Orders which we receive on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday are viewed as received on the next following working day. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our sole discretion.

  6. Prices, VAT
    The prices as indicated include VAT. The VAT-amounts are shown separately on the printable order confirmation / receipt / invoice for accounting purposes.
