60% Glera and 40% Chardonnay grapes are used to produce this enchanting Italian sparkling wine. The fermentation of the grapes is carried out using selected types of yeast at a temperature of 16-18 degrees. The Blue Diamond Extra Dry from Truant has a fresh taste, is well structured and has a pleasant consistency.

It is perfect as an aperitif or as a companion for antipasti, fish and white meat.
