The Truant winery is 250 meters above sea level. 100% Chardonnay Rosa clone GM1 grapes are used to produce this sparkling wine. The grapes are macerated cold in a press for six hours in order to maintain their elegant, distinctive pink color.

The Rose Extra Dry from Truant is fruity with intense notes of red berries and cherry scents.
