Avion Añejo Tequila, vol. 40%, 70cl

Avión Tequila is produced in the Mexican state Jalisco. For the production, agave plants that grow on an altitude of above 2000 meters are used (avión means airplane in English). The Avión Anejo was distilled twice, filtered slowly and matured for two years in oak casks. The maturation gives the tequila its rich amber colour as well as its complex structure.
