What can be said for certain is that the French Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry might very well become a firm favourite. It is produced in the French province Mont Blanc, close to the alps. Hence it is probably not surprising that more than 50 botanicals are used. Its scent is reminiscent of a dry white wine plus floral and herbal notes. Most dominant are rosemary and gentian.
