Sipsmith Very Junipery Overproof VJOP Gin, vol. 57,7%, 70cl

The VJOP of the Sipsmith VJOP stands for "Very Junipery, Overproof" and means something like "very much juniper berry, high alcohol content." And indeed, at 57.7%, Sipsmith VJOP Gin is one of those gins with exceptionally high alcohol content. The promised juniper flavor also manifests itself intensely, as the juniper is added in three stages during production. The juniper flavors are balanced by pine, cedar and notes of orange and is particularly suitable for cocktails that can use a special juniper kick.
