Here, The Cocktail has dared to create a derivative of the well-known classic. Three spirits from Zurich mix to create a summery Negroni. 

It's something to behold!

A great gin from the city-famous Turicum Distillery is used for the production and the white vermouth comes from the two Zurichers Marius Frehner and Kaspar Fenkart. The bitter used is Weisflog from Gustav Erdmann, who had a practice in Altstetten. 

The Zurich Negroni convinces with its fresh, summery character with restrained bitter notes. 

We recommend to serve the Negroni iced and to refine it with a little tonic water. Sounds unusual, but tastes great.
